Delivery & Returns

 

All self-adhesive vinyl lettering is made to order. We take great care to ensure your order is securely packed using postal tubes or hard-backed envelopes where required. All products are shipped insured via Australia Post.

Our goal is to get your lettering delivered as soon as possible. We dispatch all orders within 24 hours on business days, with many dispatched the same day. We stock all colours of vinyl at all times, so orders are not delayed due to stock availability. Once your order has been dispatched, an automated email notification will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

Australia Delivery

All Australian orders are shipped via Australia Post.

• Orders over $100 qualify for FREE Regular Delivery with tracking
• Orders under $99.99 incur a $9.99 Regular Delivery fee (with tracking)
• Orders under $9.99 incur a $5.99 delviery fee (no tracking)
• Items are shipped in heavy-duty mailing tubes or hard-backed envelopes, depending on size

Delivery timeframes provided by Australia Post are estimates only. Under normal circumstances, delivery typically takes 3-10 business days, depending on destination and current postal conditions.

Please note that once an order has been dispatched, delivery timeframes are managed entirely by Australia Post, and we cannot guarantee delivery dates.

 

New Zealand Delivery

• Flat rate $19.99 shipping with tracking
• Shipped via Australia Post International
• Estimated delivery time: 3–10 business days

Postal Delays

While all orders are shipped insured, Vinyl Lettering Direct is not responsible for delays caused by Australia Post or other postal services once an order has left our facility.

 

Returns & Faults

If there is any issue with your vinyl lettering, please contact us via the website contact form or directly at [email protected] within 1 business day of delivery.

Customer satisfaction is important to us, and we will always aim to resolve any genuine issues promptly.

Personalized and custom items may not be returned for a refund unless we have clearly made an error or the vinyl lettering is faulty. Any faulty or incorrect custom items must be reported within 1 day of delivery for a replacement or refund to be issued.

If you are not satisifed with stock products, you may return them to us for a refund or exchange, provided that the products are returned within 31 days of delivery in their original packaging and condition.
